I am so pleased with the outcome of the home improvement project you did for me. Everything about this project was excellent.
You completely updated the look of my house with the new deck, new exterior painting, hardie shakes and new shingles. My house had a 1960's look and now it is beautifully up to date, especially when viewed from the lake.
The workmen were true craftsman who had the knowledge to construct many special features requested by me. They listened to me describe what I wanted and then delivered fabulous results. I made several changes during construction and they included them as if they were originally planned.
The professionalism of your entire staff was superb. They were easy to work with, always met their commitments and cleaned up after each days work. I became friends with most of them.
Finally, my house has an improved value which is greater than the cost of the project. I would recommend L & M Builders to anyone.
